Jenkins Lovespoons by Blake's Practical Applications

Gallery of Variations on Diamond and Intertwined Vines Lovespoon

Here, I was intentionally making a design that was simple, but could also be varied, and would convey a rather general message with its symbolism.
So, the basic framework is a diamond (which often means prosperity or good fortune), and intertwined vines (sometimes with one twist, sometimes with two), which can mean togetherness, growth, or even other things. Then, I could have a more personalized "main" element on the front. I started with a daffodil, then made several others with different elements like a heart, key, shamrock, wedding bells, and more... These, here, are just a few, but the possibilities are endless.
